How do I install my volume license for CS5 on a new computer?

I have a license of CS5 master collection bought by Helmholtz Zentrum München for my personal use at home. I must swap this software (product key [removed-kglad]) to my new PC and cannot uninstall it from my old PC, because this PC no longer boots. What shall I do in order to properly install the software on my new PC?

    Hi Glenngould65,

    I went through the chat script, the CS 5 serial number you have is a volume license, moving this thread to Deployment for Creative Cloud Team, Enterprise, & CS​ , as experts here will be able to assist you better and quick.

    don't post your serial number in public forums.

    using the cs5 master collection installation files (linked below if needed), install on your new computer.

    if you see an activation count error, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

    anymore.

    reset, because my old PC no longer boots!

    Deepti: We cannot reset the activation counter as it is a volume license

    and it is deactivated by un installing the app.

    Dear Bani, any idea, what can be done for me? Against stiff resistance, I

    personally replaced CorelDraw by Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and

    InDesign in the Helmholtz Zentrum München long ago in 1997. As it looks to

    me, I will have to change to GIMP an Inkscape after nearly twenty years of

    my service for Adobe and Adobe 's software for me and my custoners!
