Book printing with FrameMaker 11?

Since I got FM11, I can't print books anymore. Do you have the same problem?

I changed the default printer to AdobePDF but it still doesn't work (I still don't even get the Print window) .

The thing is, I have no problem printing FM files, only books.

(and FM11 just crashed again as I was closing the book)


Is you FM11 patched to the latest 11.0.2 patch (there have been two patches to date)? There was an early release bug that caused actual printing (not save as PDF) of a book to fail in unstructured mode (a temporary workaround is to switch to structured mode).

On what operating system?

32- or 64-bit mode?

... since we just had someone try to install FM11 on NT4 ...

Printing to what? PDF? Physical printers? Need a little more explanation of what’s happening ;>)

Sorry,

actually I can't print at all, Ctrl + P on a book only enlightens the files the book is made of and then nothing happens.

My book is made of FM 10 files, that may be an explication ...

....it doesn't work with FM11 files either.
