    Hi,

There are several options for you.

In Distiller change the PDF settings (e.g. High Quality Print). These settings set also the PDF version.

Or in the Publish pod select PDF and then click the small settings file icon at the bottom of the Publish pod to edit your STS file. Then deactivate Use Acrobat Distiller for PDF generation. Although there I can also select one of the PDF presets (e.g. High Quality Print) which sets the PDF version. I do not know, if you can edit this PDF preset, if you would not have Acrobat.

    Best regards, Winfried

Did you check and change the PDF version in Acrobat?

    I checked High Quality Print.joboptions

Save as PDF?--> I did this

    and

    I use publish menu

--> It is not working.(Save as PDF or Publish)

    I did not use distiller

    If I use the distiller, I know I'll get a 1.4PDF, but that's not what I want.

    Because I need to bleed.

I could not find any setting about bleed in joboption.

In Framemaker 2020, If I use distiller, STS setting does not work at all.

That is why Can I change default pdf version in Framemaker2020

In Distiller please open your joboptions and select another PDF version.

For your bleed request please just search in this forum for bleed. If you still have problems, I will check this in more detail.
