We are using FM 2022 and use the Print Book,  Print-to-ps-file & distill method, with Adobe PDF printer and Adobe Disitiller, and are receiving the error message:

%%[Page: 396]%%
%%[Page: 397]%%
%%[Page: 398]%%
%%[Page: 399]%%
%%[Page: 400]%%
%%[Page: 401]%%
%%[Page: 402]%%
%%[Page: 403]%%
%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: load ]%%

Stack:
/S
-mark-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

We don't know what would have changed to cause this or how to correct. Can anyone help advise, please?

Did you test if the Publish or Save As PDF route produced the same issue?

This is the error if I try to print just the chapter where it's getting stuck:

    %%[Page: 80]%%
    %%[Page: 81]%%
    %%[Page: 82]%%
%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: pdfmark; ErrorInfo: StRetrieve P160169 ]%%

    Stack:
    /StRetrieve
    /P160169
    /StoreName
    -dict-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

Go to the 404th page in the book (or the 83 page in that document) and see if there is an image. It may be an image that is causing the problem. You can temporarily delete the image and see if the error goes away.

If it does, open the image in an image editor and resave it. Sometimes that will clear out any errors.
