Hi everybody,
We were planning to upgrade FM2019 --> FM2022 but something went wrong: some link formats were changed.

How to use FM2022 without changing format or font.
I would be very grateful for specific instructions!

Thank you very much!

Hi, Quan ( @Quân2929 ),

normally not as FM is relaying on the fonts that are reported by windows.

The only ways - I can imagine - to have a font in FM 2019 and not in FM 2020 are:

1) FM 2019 and FM 2020 are installed on different PCs and the needed font is not installed on the FM 2020 PC.

2) The font has not been installed using the Windows font-installation routines and so is not installed where FM 2020 has access to the font.

3) The font has been installed for a specific user account and the FM 2020 is run with a different account.

In the case of 1) install the font on that PC as well.

In the case of 2) I would search on the for the font files of that specific font on the PC.

In the case of 3) install the font in the other user account as well.

Stephan

Hi, @Quân2929 ,

you did not give any information about your method.

Did you open your old FM files or did you import them in FM 2020?

Normal way is: Open your old FM documents in the new FM version and eveything should be fine.

If not, please give more information about what you did.

Stephan

Dear @mk-will

I opening my old FM documents in the new FM version, and it's wrong font.

I think that when installing FM2022, it does not have all the fonts compared to FM2019, so an error occurs, is this possible?

Quan
