FM composite file will not filter with ditaval file.

When I create an FM book file with components from my ditamap, everything filters correctly as per the ditaval file.

When I create an FM composite file from my ditamap, nothing filters at all as per the ditaval file.

Any ideas, suggestions, comments?

Can you please share your ditaval file with me and let me know which specific filters may not be working

The ditaval file is attached.

None of the filters are working.

I am creating a FrameMaker composite document from a ditamap. When I apply the ditaval file, the filters which have the value of “exclude” for the action attribute, always show up.
