Frame7: How to 'snug' an anchored frame to an image (make it the exact same size)?

I remember there's a key combination to do this (at least I think I remember that), but have no idea what it is.

I insert an anchored frame in my doc.
I select the frame and import an object (a visio drawing).

I want the frame to be exactly the same size as the drawing - right now I'm using the grab bars and resizing the frame, but that's not totally accurate.

Help?

Thanks!

It's actually a shortcut from the Equations palette, so be warned: only a slip of the finger away are three "add equation" commands. And they're stubborn little critters. Just in case, the User Guide assures us that to delete an equation it's simply a question of Ctrl+click the equation (Option+click for Macs), then press Delete

You are a GOD!

Many thanks... it's such a handy tool. Makes everything fit perfectly, no mistakes in aligning the frame edge and obscuring image content, *and* it shows if your image has 'junk' floating in it.

(I just tried it on one of my linked Visio drawings and the frame went *huge*. Turns out there was a stray line hanging off the bottom of the visible area of the drawing 🙂 )
