I have manuals I create that are based on other manuals and so I often copy whole folders, rename files and start there. This creates a problem with extra graphics in my Linked graphics folder when I'm done with a book. There are many that I've taken out of the book but they remain in the folder. When it comes to getting translations made I end up having a huge graphics folder to send along and I like to delete all the unused graphics. Is there a way to create a list of the graphics actually in the manual so I can quickly find them in my graphics folder and delete them?
Thanks for any insights.
Jon

Uh Oh! Spoke too soon. I've got files that start with 001, 002, etc. and none of those showed up in my list. Haven't got through the whole thing so I'm not sure if it missed any others. That is really strange. Any ideas why, Mike?
Thanks.

Sorry, I have no idea why they aren't showing up.

Any graphics that are copied into FM are not listed in the LOR output.
You can use the FM12 Packager to create zip files of all the assets in a book. This puts all of the used graphics in a single folder within the zip. Use this on all of your books, then unzip all in a new set of folders and clean out the old ones.
