TCS 2017 - Acrobat Distiller license issue

I have a licensed version of Adobe Technical Communication Suite. When I try generating a PDF from FrameMaker 2017 source I get this message:

The FrameMaker version that I have is licensed.

Can you please suggest how to resolve this?

Can you start up Acrobat Pro and see if there are issues there? Do you have your default printer set to the Adobe PDF instance inside FM?
