Too many blank pages at end of document...
I have two end-of-document markers at the end of my document which gives me three blank pages at the end of the document. How can I remove the extra pages?

Sounds like the document has Disconnected Pages. The {former} Special > Delete Pages may handle it.
You might try a Format > Page Layout > Apply Master Pages first, because extra blank pages can also be caused by deletion of content that previously caused custom Master Page mapping.
