no can do!, I was told that my software is too old (CS5.5) and therefore, not support it.

Adobe has for the longest time never has come through for me, even though I have used their software for well over 20 years, and have bought many from their beginning from illustrator, PageMaker, Pagemill  all the way to flash, dreamweaver etc. customer support is not their thing.
