URLs in hypertext markers are being converted incorrectly to point to an ../asset folder

We're running into another bug with the HTML5 conversion in Frame. This time, if a URL ends in .pdf, it is converted so that the HTML points to <a href="../assets/"> instead of the URL. However, if the hypertext marker and text are in a TABLE, the URL is converted correctly. I can't think of any logical reason for this behavior and can find no relevant settings of any kind that might affect the URLs in this manner. Has anyone else had this issue? Or can confirm that this issue happens for them? We've run testing on 15 different machines, people, browsers, etc. and it happens all the time.
