What device are you on and what version of Fresco have you got installed?
There are some versions for which this happened to a lot of users.

I've tested versions 4.7.0 and 4.7.1, but the canvas still crashes in Fresco. Using other Adobe CC software doesn't have this issue. A few months ago, I could use Fresco without any problems.

My computer setup is: RTX 3060 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 RAM: 64.0 GB @ 2.50 GHz

I have updated VC++, graphics card drivers, and reinstalled Adobe CC. Even after reinstalling Fresco, it still crashes when I try to open the canvas.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

If not, then to better understand and address the issue, would you mind sharing the crash report via DM using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html) or any error messages that you receive when Fresco crashes? These logs can provide valuable insights into what might be causing the crashes and help us diagnose the problem more effectively. Also, does a crash happen after loading documents pop-up on launch?
