I have restarted my computer several times. I can see my files in my adobe creative account. When I try to open adobe fresco, it continues to say access denied. I using the desktop app.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to sign out of Creative Cloud and signing back in with the account you have the subscription under, or using a Social sign-in option like Google/Facebook/etc., and checking if it helps?

If I ever had an issue like that, signing out and signing back in always fixed it for me
