Generally people who respond to posts in the forum are users of the software rather than developers, so we don't know what the plans for apps/devices are. I've not seen any mention of it, but that's not to say Adobe isn't working on it. They tend not to announce release dates and it's possible, if they are working on it that this app hasn't made it to external testing on MacOS yet! It's also possible that they won't release it beyond iPad and iPhone.
