He descargado e instalado Adobe Fresco, la 2.7 y la 2.6 en ambas, al abrir el Programa me sale que: "estƔ cargando archivos" y jamƔs termina de abrir el programa, quƩ puedo hacer.
Uso Windows 10 y una Nvidia Gforce 2070 Super, deshabilitĆ© la superposiciĆ³n de G force Experience y aun asĆ no arranca el programa.
Agradezco su colaboraciĆ³n.

Check the System Requirements in case there is something you could tweak a little.
Also make sure you have the latest versions of Win10, Fresco and your driver software.

We understand technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/3vGxZGN) and checking if it helps? Also, try the following steps and share your observations:
1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R
3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch
4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes
5. Launch Fresco
Additionally, try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3xxtWgl...) and the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4aPrG2q) and share your observations.

Hello, sorry for the delay. I've tried what you tell me, I've even formatted and updated Windows, it still doesn't work. When you give it the key combination that it provided me, the cloud doesn't do anything either.
