Can’t download adobe fresco

I have I pad pro 2 model number A1670. I have the latest operating system with plenty of space. I’m also a paying member. It won’t let me download this app. In the App Store it says my iPad is compatable. How do I get the app to download. The Get button is grey out and doesn’t work. I contacted chat but they didn’t help.

I think its an ongoing bug.  According to Renee on twitter "This is a bug the team is struggling with - for whatever reason Fresco doesn't always accurately know how much storage you really have. If you free up downloads like iTunes movies and stuff it can help, while they work on a fix!"

Are you trying to download it from the Apple App store?  If so,  I would contact Apple's customer support.

There's no reason why it shouldn't work. Are you able to download other apps from the App Store? I agree with Dave above, it sounds like something weird with your Apple account.
