Can’t download fresco on nz app store

I have the latest iPad Pro and the download button in the App Store is unclickable. I’m a paying creative cloud member so what gives???

It's a longshot but on your device go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and make sure that you don't have any restrictions set on your iPad.

Do you have the Creative Cloud app installed on your iPad?
Can you tap on Apps at the bottom of the CC app, then tap on Discover more mobile apps.
Is Fresco in that list and does it give you an install button?
(Note: mine all say launch as it's already installed, so I'm guessing at what you should be able to see.) 

 

If you look on the CC Desktop app on a computer under Mobile does it give you the option to Send link in the Fresco panel?

I tried it through the CC app, still won’t work even though there is an option to launch.

Tried via sending the link through CC desktop and same unclickable button..
