Cannot Zoom, Rotate, and Pan

Hello, I opened Fresco on my Surface Pro today and I cannot Zoom, Rotate, or Pan.  This has happened before and no idea how it resolved itself but I think it happened after I wiped the computer and put almost every file in cloud storage.  When I use Fresco I close everything. Fresco had been working like butter, what happened! I uninstalled and restarted it, it does not work. Thanks for your help and insight. Holly

Thank you. I did figure out that my touch was not working. I updated Windows 11 and crossed my fingers. It worked. So all is well.

This sounds like a bug have you sent in a bug report? You can do so through the app via App settings > Help > Report a bug. This will open an email with your device details so you can send a message directly to the developers.
