Hello! I have a Dell Inspirion 7630 and apparently the pen that is compatible is the Dell Active Pen PN5122W. Does anyone know if Adobe Fresco will work on my laptop with this stylus?

Adobe has a list of supported devices in their System Requirements page. Generally Apple, Surface and Wacom products. This doesn't mean others won't work, but there might be limitations to what they can do.

If the app works on the device, it is possible the pen will work well also.

I have friend who uses Adobe fresco on a similar Dell system like you and it works just fine.
