I'm experiencing an error with files shared with my team members. They cannot be viewed from Adobe creative cloud or from Adobe fresh, but they are available in "shared with you" in the Web version. Additionally, when you click the cloud icon in Adobe Fresco, an error appears that says "An error occurred while synchronizing one or more documents..."

Hello Anshul! Thank you very much for answering. I have tried logging out, reinstalling adobe fresh, reinstalling creative cloud without satisfactory results.
In addition, we have tried to share projects between two other people and also with the same result (the files do not appear in the shared folder).
