Fresco - Crash on Launch

I encountered a crash issue when using Adobe Fresco. The app crashes immediately upon opening. Deleting the app and reinstalling it temporarily solves the problem, but after one hour, the issue occurs again. However, deleting and reinstalling the app will result in the loss of related data within the app. Is there any good solution?

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes when using Fresco, especially when your projects are saved on it. 
If you're using Fresco on an iPhone/iPad, please check if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). If yes, kindly try deleting Fresco, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps. Also, check if the OS installed is up to date (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204).

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further:

  • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “JetSam-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash by looking at the timestamp.
  • Upload the file to (https://assets.adobe.com) and share a link to the file here or via DM.

I am having the same issue. I read the comments above and did everything. Fresco still crashes  i am on Windows 10 22h2.Can you help thanks

We understand that encountering crashes while using Fresco can be frustrating. Our team is aware of the problems and is working to fix these in a future release. I've been facing the same thing for so many days. It is so frustrating honestly. I downloaded the older version 4.0 from a link here on the adobe forum and it was working perfectly fine till now for a day. Now this version also crashed. I tried installing the newer 4.6 & 4.6.1 versions and both keep crashing. This issue has been happening with Fresco for a very long time 😞
