Fresco cursor

I noticed in some tutorials, the cursor is shown as a colored dot. How does one get that dot?

Under Settings (gear in top right corner) select Input, scroll down to the bottom of the option and turn Show touches on.
This will activate the dot to show you where you're tapping/touching the screen.
