Fresco export problems

Hey all, hope you can help a frustrated artist figure this thingy out! When I produce artwork in fresco and then export it I'm having trouble getting a file size and type that I can use on printify or Etsy. I'd like to attempt to begin selling my work, but this is holding me back! I've tried all of the standard export options and on multiple files that are more or less complex. Halp! If ya can thank you! (Sample file attached)

Hello @Deborah26796737bkru,

Thanks for reaching out. As suggested by Dave, it would help if you could help us with the exact specifications (dimension/resolution/file format) you need to export your artwork.

I'm not familiar with what file sizes you need for printify or Etsy.  But in my experience, when you export, it tends to let you use JPG,PNG, TIF, or PSD, the standard formats that most places use.  Are you using the free or paid version? I don't know what's on the free version, but htere may be some limitation with it.
