Fresco has decided to be annoying.

To make this short:

-Everything is extremely slow or lagging

-Filling tool takes forever (that's where the problem began)

-Using fresco on a Windows desktop.

-Currently on all the files

-Makes any sort of art really hard to work with.

I wrote this once and it was deleted but this basically sums it up. Thank you to anyone who tries to help, it's appreciated.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience technical issues. Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/3SEke46) and Fresco(https://adobe.ly/3SEkmjK) to the latest version and checking if it helps?

Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3HEV3YL) and check if it helps.

 

Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/47UB17h). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3u50ixR...) and share your observations.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share a screen recording of the problem and crash logs (if Fresco crashes) by following the steps shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/3UdQdcu) so we can check it with the team.

I thought I already posted how it went but I guess it's not here now. Anyway, it worked! Not exactly sure what exact part was done that fixed it because I did all of them except the driver reinstallation. For now, though, I have it on high-performance but for some reason, it still thinks I'm not.

I had that problem

for the 2 weeks that I was using a Surface Pro. No slight to Windows users, but why I'm not a Windows user is because I always feel like I'm fighting against the computer
