Exactly. I would submit a requst. Though it would be easy to do so with the M1 Macs, since they are capable to importing iOS/iPad OS for the M1 Mac environment.  For fun, I tried it with another mobile art app.  That said, its not perfect and there can be some serious issues with the emulation on the Mac side, which is probably why Fresco, along with their competitor, Procreate hasn't allowed for it to be imported onto M1 Macs...that and they were created with the intention of being a Mobile app.
