Fresco shapes - stuck in "adding in progress"

Hi - my Fresco shapes is stuck in "adding in progress" status for a few days now so was hoping someone can help me? Please see screenshot below, thanks!

    Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Fresco installed on your device, whether Fresco behaves this way when working on a different file/network, and a screen recording of the problem so we can investigate this further?

      We are having the same issue.  We are using it in a lab of 32 computers.  This is the only place it is being used.

      Fresco V 5.50

      Windows Version: 10 22H2

      Problem exists weather logging in with an Administrator ID or Student ID.

      I've just tried to add on my device and had no trouble adding to my iPad.

      So the next question is what device are you using?
