Fresco text not available on my surface pro

I came across a Fresco tutorial which showed the App's text function. I have updated my own Fresco app on my Surface Pro 7, but I still cant see this function. Is the text function only available on the Ipad app or do I need to activate it somehow? Thanks!

Text is still only available on the iPad app.

Lots of people waiting for it to be available on other devices.
