Where can I find rulers in Adobe Fresco? A lot of sources including Adobe say in the bottom right of my screen in Fresco and it is not there.

When you're in an open canvas, the ruler should be in the lower right hand corner.  If you don't see it there, double-check that you're using a current version of Fresco.
