Have you checked the system requirements to make sure everything else is above requirements?
I'm not familiar with touch abilities with Fresco on Windows device.
What are you expecting to happen when you 'press bottom'?

What are your computer system details (CPU, amount of RAM, GPU and its RAM amount, etc)? Do you have other applications running simultaneously with Fresco? I'll admit I haven't tried using Fresco on the Windows PC I have with a Wacom graphics tablet connected. But that's probably because I have such an intense hatred for Windows Ink and the blatantly stupid stuff it does to ruin a lot of basic pen functions. Wacom really needs to sever its depedence on Windows Ink for pressure senstive functions in its Windows graphics tablet drivers. Windows Ink is absolutely awful. I cannot over-emphasize that enough. Microsoft software engineers should be ashamed of themselves. Obviously that's a clue that I only fire up Fresco on an iPad using an Apple Pencil. At least that's one platform offering pressure senstivity in a pen device that doesn't make me want to tear out my hair.

Hello @Benny309586043b2h,
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience performance issues in Fresco on your new computer. I hope the suggestions shared by Sjaani and Bobby helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try reinstalling the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and check if it helps.
If the issue persists, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Fresco, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), and a screen recording of the problem (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/screen-record-an-issue-on-windows-amp-macos-f...), so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav
