Frsco doesnt install properly and it doesnt run

after installing Fresco from CC panel, it doesnt add it to my programs and features in windows 10, even after restarting my computer, it still the same.

it said it installed in CC, when click on open, then it open the window and close right after it said loading your documents 

installing the latest update didnt fix it

uninstalling and reinstalling didnt fix it 

i still canot use Fresco

i was able to insatll other applications from CC normally and was able to run and use them

any suggestions
