Group Layer not opening/ expanding after clicking twice in Fresco

I am new to this program, but when i group layers in a folder, usually double clicking opens the folder right? it used to do that but now it just opens the layer options tab, and i cant find how to resolve this

    Version 5.5.5 and it seems like this bug still hasn't been resolved.

     

    Currently I have no option but to use Clip studio and/or Procreate depending on my design needs. It would be nice if I didn't have to leave the adobe creative enironment just for digital illustrations. I feel like this program would have a lot of potential if it could get out of its own way!!!

      EVERYONE, I FOUND THE SOLUTION

      Go buy Rebelle 7. No ad, I'm serious. It is a one-time purchase instead of a subscription. I bought it maybe 6 months ago and I am never using Adobe to draw again. Does not have an iPad version, so you might be stuck with ProCreate.

      same problem here, work flow in fresco its getting harder and harder

        Same problem here on pc, win 11 and wacom cintiq 24HD. Never had this problem on win10...

        If I left-click on the group-layer with my mouse, the flyout-menu appears after a second.
        Maybe if you could stop this behavior on left-click, the whole malefunction would dissapear?
        We don´t need the "right-click" reacting to the left mouse-button, why should we?
        Otherwise the whole application is not usable on pc with win11.

          I am experiencing this behaviour only in Fresco too.

           

          Sometimes closing and re-opening Fresco will allow me to enter the groups until it stops working again a maybe 10 minutes later. I'm also seeing that using the mouse to double click the layers has a higher success rate than double clicking with my Wacom stylus.

           

          I noticed that this commonly happens when exporting to Photoshop and then importing back into Fresco. I use Photoshop for the more extensive correction tools such as warping and, in my opinion, more convenient organisation of groups, masking, cut and paste etc. I usually merge my changes but I suspect it may cause this behaviour in the remaining groups.

            Thank you for the suggestion @Anubhav M , switching one of the buttons in the Wacon tablet properties to "double click" appears to allow opening the groups more consistently. 

             

            However, I have no trouble double clicking by tapping the stylus or using the mouse left click in any other context outside of Fresco. e.g. I can easily and consistently navigate the file browser of the operating systen, launch apps, easily open groups in Photoshop using the stylus double tap or the mouse double click. This seems to be a unique problem in Fresco.
