Sorry for the delayed response. I am afraid your system GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 is not compatible. DirectX 12.1 feature is missing; that is why you are unable to install Fresco. Also, this GPU was released in late 2012.

I looked at a few key sections compared to the system requirements page.

Your DirectX is 12.

Fresco requires DirectX12.1.

This could be the thing preventing you from having Fresco work on your system.

If you feel you have everything as stated on the system requirements page then I would suggest contacting the developers directly (frescohelp at adobe dot com) to see if they can assist with installation.

Thanks for catching that. Do you have any idea how I could get DirectX 12.1? I googled it and got nada. Like I said, I updated my graphics drivers prior to trying to install Fresco, so I'm up to date as best I can be. Why does Adobe make this so difficult?
