How to use the timelapse feature?

I want to record a timelapse but I don't know how to start recording or where the start button is! Can someone help?

I'm using the Fresco app for tablet

The Timelapse feature works at the end. You don't need to start the recording, you do it as an export after you've finished what ever you have created.
