Hi
I recently purchase a new iPad Pro 13” and a new model Apple Pencil Pro to go with it. I bought both to use with Adobe Fresco, which I had been using with my 2016 iPad Pro and 1st gen Apple Pencil for some time, but while the new Pencil Pro can use the brushes in the app, the new functions are not working, ie squeezing the pencil to see menu on screen, rolling the pencil barrel to change the brush tip angle etc.
Should the Apple Pencil Pro be fully functional with Adobe Fresco, or do the new functions not operate with Fresco? If someone could confirm I would very much appreciate it, because Apple say it is a third party app, so I need to check with the developer first. Hoping someone out there can give me some direction here, because at present I seem to have spent more than £1400 upgrading my equipment with no discernible benefit. Thanks in advance.
Regards
Alan

The options I've seen on youtube videos aren't present with the most current version on the app store so I think they're using an unreleased version. I hope they release the update soon because I've been looking forward to using the new features of the pencil.

Hi, I have an iPad Pro 5th generation. Installed adobe Fresco, and the apple pencil's not working. I deleted the app, disabled the pencil. Reinstalled the app, pencil is on in preferences, and even turned off to hand gestures.
Now what? Why do we have to go threw this.

I don't mean to sound churlish mate, but any chance you could answer my original question. The other poster has cchipped in with problems of his own, but my original post has been ignored by Adobe for a week now. I thought if you were first in the queue you get served first, any chance you could help me out here?

Hello, Do you know if there will also be updates for Photoshop? Since the strokes with the pencil pro are delayed, with lag, and you cannot see any function when clicking the pencil... if there are no updates everything seems like a scam... I'll stay tuned, greetings.

Bad luck if you are trying to make a living from this. I just purchased a new iPad Pro and Apple Pencil Pro and while it works sometimes, my workflow is a nightmare because the pencil stops and starts. Every second stroke doesn't appear, instead I get blue dots on the screen. I've enabled draw with Apple Pencil only, and this hasn't helped. I'm beyond frustrated and can't finish any work. I paid a small fortune for creative cloud and should get better than 'we're working on it, stay tuned'.
