Is fresco free for non CC subscribers?

I'm paying for the photography plan (photoshop and lightroom) and using fresco. I have limited acces to brushes in fresco but it still works for me. The thing is that I don't use photoshop anymore so, can I use Fresco for free if I unsubscribe from the Photography plan?

Hi! Fresco is now free to use for everyone, including premium brushes. On a free plan access to fonts is limited though, and also cloud storage is limited.
