Library Brushes are grayed out on iPad

I installed Adobe Fresco on my iPad and when I click on Pixel Brushes > Manage Pixel Brushes I see that "Library Brushes" is grayed out. I have the Kyle brushes installed and was able to see them on Fresco on my iPhone, but they're not showing up on my iPad. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi @Angela24925721ymjr,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with Library Brushes in Adobe Fresco on your iPad. Let's try to troubleshoot and resolve this problem:

  • First, as suggested by Imaginerie, please make sure you are signed in to Adobe Fresco on your iPad with the same Adobe ID/account that you used on your iPhone where the Kyle brushes are visible. Libraries are tied to the Adobe ID/account, so this could be the cause of the issue.
  • I checked, and you have a team subscription. It is possible you have multiple profiles that you might be unaware of. Please check this help article for more details on managing or enabling profiles (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html).
  • Open Adobe Fresco on your iPad, go to App Settings, and tap on Account. Make sure that you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID.
  • As mentioned by Imaginerie, libraries can be account-specific. Ensure that the Library Brushes you are trying to access are associated with the same Adobe ID you are using on your iPad.

By following these steps, you should be able to access your Library Brushes in Adobe Fresco on your iPad. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate it.

Maybe a stupid question but are you connected with the same account as your your phone?
Because libraries are account specific.
Most of Kyle's brushes are accessible by going to "add brushes" (bottom of the brush list pop up) then go to "discover new brushes". These brushes from the Kyle set will be added in the main brush list, not libraries.

If that's not resolving anything, can you share your screen with the brush list pop up open?
