Hola! 

Es posible en Adobe Fresco editar la medida en centímetros de las capas? Para formar un documento en A3 e incluír en él varios dibujos de diferentes medidas concretas y luego imprimir.

I don't think you can do that in Fresco. However, if you open your file in Photoshop, add the layers there, you can access the dimensions with the transform panel (and the info panel) and once done, save and return to Fresco.
Unless someone has a hack, but it's not in Fresco standard functions.

Do you mean the layers or the canvas?
because you can change the units of the canvas

Hola! Muchas gracias por tu respuesta. Me refiero a la capa. Quiero hacer un documento en A3 e incluir en él ilustraciones diferentes con medidas concretas. Para eso copio y pego capas, y me gustaría que cada una de ellas midiese 15 centimetros de ancho. No sé como hacerlo... gracias por tu ayuda!
