When I opened Fresco today, I noticed the "More Fonts" option is grayed out and I have access to almost no fonts. Certainly not anything interesting. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi @J320728217itm,
Thanks for reaching out. The "More Fonts" option in Adobe Fresco allows you to access additional fonts that are available through Adobe Fonts. When it's greyed out, it usually indicates that there might be a connection issue or a problem with your Adobe account or subscription. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
As a last resort, if none of the above steps work, consider uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Fresco. This can help resolve issues related to corrupted app files.
After trying these steps, if the "More Fonts" option is still greyed out, and you have an active or if you ever had a subscription, then please share your email ID with me via DM. So I can further check with the team.
Best,

I too have had this issue. The simple fix was an uninstall and a reinstall.

Dear Anshul,
I can't seem to get my fonts back. I have reinstalled the app and everything is still greying out. What can I do?
I have an active Fresco and PS iPad subscription

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your fonts in Fresco. To better assist you, could you please clarify if the fonts are also appearing greyed out in the Photoshop app on your iPad?
Also, I checked you have used Google & Apple login methods while signing in. Would you mind trying both one by one and see if that makes font accessible?
This information will help me understand the scope of the issue and provide you with the most accurate guidance to resolve it.

Dear Anshul,
thanks for your reply.
signing into photoshop with adobe id and the fonts are available - not greyed out.
signing into fresco with Apple ID and the fonts are available - not greyed out.
then signing into fresco with adobe id and now the fonts are working again.
So either you've tweaked it - or the switch between Apple ID and adobe id did the trick.
thanks

Hello @Marije34143236zyc7,
I'm glad to hear that the fonts are working again. It's possible that there was some syncing or authentication issue, and signing in with the correct Adobe ID might have resolved it. The connection between your Adobe ID and the fonts service is crucial for proper font functionality in Adobe apps.
If you face similar issues in the future, try ensuring that you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID associated with your fonts and Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
Thank you for updating, and if you have any more questions or encounter further issues, feel free to ask!
Best,
Anshul Saini
