My file doesn’t want to open anymore

Hi! I need help: I ​​created a file on Adobe Fresco on which I did all my drawing. I closed the application to do something else but since when I want to reopen this file, the screen remains frozen on the "loading" icon. I have already tried to reinstall the app and duplicate the file. I am super frustrated because all the drawing was finished. Also sorry for the traduction, I'm not English.
