New update (Create vector strokes with dual colors for fill and outline)

I don't see an option to add a stroke color. Please help. I am new to Adobe Fresco. Thanks!

Being a new feature we are all new to this one!

There is an Outline Brush. Select that and the dual colour option will appear

Fair assumption, but it doesn't look like the feature has been added that way. So look for the same standard brush in the Outline group and it should work fine.
