New version of Fresco doesn't work on Windows

I had Fresco version 4.3 on my computer (Windows 10 and wacom) for a while and it worked fine. I updated it 4.6 and 4.61 (tried both) and now most of the functions does not work. for example, I can't change the brush, its color, or flow.
How can I go back to version 4.3?

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes in Fresco. Our team is aware of the trouble and is working to fix these problems in a future release. In the meantime, would you mind trying to install an older version of Fresco v4.0 (https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeESD/FRSC/4.0.0/win64/65329b20-2fb0-4131-a587-6df11b7f46e4/Adobe_Fresco...) and checking if it helps?
