No arranca el programa Fresco

Buenos días, me acabo de comprar el Photoshop, y aunque este programa sí que me arranca, el de Fresco no. Puedo llegar a escoger el tamaño del lienzo pero al darle a abrir se queda cargando y se cierra la pantalla. ¿Me pueden dar una solución? Tengo un MSI para diseñadores, es un ordenador potente, con windows 10 eso sí. Cumplo todas las especificaciones que pide y tengo todo actualizado.

  • If possible, could you share the crash report via DM using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.htmlor any error messages that you receive when Fresco crashes? These logs can provide valuable insights into what might be causing the crashes and help us diagnose the problem more effectively.

Mi Windows 10 es la versión 22H2. Mi ordenador portátil es MSI creator M16 A12UC.

Soy incapaz de enviarle el informe de fallos a través de Dm porque no sé donde se supone que está dicho informe. No me aparece ninguna pantalla de error durante el proceso, simplemente que luego al volver a entrar a Fresco me dice que se cerró el programa de forma imprevista y que si quiero enviar el informe de fallos, cosa que he hecho todas las veces. La verdad, estoy muy descontenta porque me compré el Photoshop en parte para poder usar Fresco, y me veo que no puedo. Necesito que lo solucionen, por lo que veo es un fallo muy común en muchas personas y niguna encuentra solución. Gracias.

I understand your frustration, @Verdello. To help you better, I'd like to gather more information about the issue you're facing with Adobe Fresco.

  • When you receive the message that Fresco closed unexpectedly, please take a screenshot of that error message and share it here.
  • If there's an option to send an error report with your email address, please send it, as it can help track the issue.
  • Additionally, check if this is an Adobe Crash Reporter or a Windows error message. If it's Adobe Crash Reporter, we can look into it, but if it's a Windows error, then we won't be able to access it.
    Can you please share the screenshot of the crash reporter screenshot here as well?

 

Once you've gathered this information, please share it here, and I'll do my best to assist you further in resolving the problem.
