My Fresco app says I am out of storage when I open it and I cannot access any of my files. I purchased more creative cloud storage but that did not work. How do I get more fresco storage?

Sorry to hear about this experience. As suggested by Sjaani, the error message points to the storage space available on your device, not the cloud. Kindly try freeing up some space and then try launching Fresco and check if it helps.

same thing is happening to me. I have the adobe subscription, I have 2TB of iCloud storage, and it's still not working for me? I really don't know what to do

Do you have a paid subscription to for Fresco, or the Creative Cloud, or are you using a free version? How much space is available on your tablet? You probably need to remove some apps to clear up the space for Fresco.

How much storage does your device have? If you're using an iPad for example, go to settings > General > iPad Storage. That would show you how how much space you have left.  If you're using a model that has 64GB of storage, that's going to fill up really quick

Hello, I am having the same error message, I am on an iPad Air and I have over 100 GB available. I am only using about 5% of my Adobe storage. This only happens within the fresco app, not within Photoshop or Photoshop camera. Any ideas?

What device are you using? How much disk space does your device have available?
Not in reference to the cloud but to your physical device empty space.
