you only get so much cloud space with the free version but you get more with the paid version. What may have happened is you reached your cloud space limit and it dropped files to add new ones.

Hi @default275156475fl87t,

Thanks for reaching out, Ishita. I checked you have 2 profiles. The business profile has 87 Mb of data, and the personal profile has 290 Mb of data in Creative Cloud. Would you mind logging in with a different profile and checking if you see the missing files?
Steps to log in through different profiles are here: (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html).

I hope it helps!

Thanks,

Anshul Saini

When you're on a free plan, you have 2GB of cloud storage for free as well, when you're on a paid subscription you get 100 GB. Is it possible that those missing files exceed the 2GB allocated?

Fresco is a Cloud only app, meaning that unless you saved your files locally through Photoshop (since Fresco files are PSD-like files) then you'll have to gain access to more storage

Click on that link and see how much you got left
https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

(bottom left of the window)

If you haven't got enough, you could contact customer services to see if there is a way for you to tempporarily add more cloud storage, and download your files

See how it looks when you click on  the 3 dots menu on the thumbnail.

Did you have them saved in the creative cloud? Or were they set to be available online? Do you have other Adobe apps that give you a creative cloud account at all? Because if not,it could be why you don't have access to those files. I could be wrong.
