Problem with instalation on Win 10 Pro 20H2

Hi, there is problem with instalation on Win 10 Pro 20H2 - app is not available to install beacuse "You need at least Win 10 ver 1809" ( version from 2018).

 

Any suggenstion?

We are able to install successfully on 20H2, can you share the logs from your system for us to look into the issue? Here are the steps to send logs to Adobe:

Thanks for providing the log files. We reviewed the logs and it seems the GPU card is not compatible on your systems. Here is the system requirement details for Fresco https://helpx.adobe.com/fresco/system-requirements.html

 

Due to an isssue on our side in Polish language we were showing the wrong error message. We will fix it in subsequent release, sorry for the confusing message.
