Rotating the Ruler on a Pen only Display

Hello there,

i´m using Fresco on a Desktop PC with a Wacom Cintiq QHD Display with no Touch Function. I know Fresco is designed for  Touch-Devices but i think it should be possible to use it on such a device as well.

Most function i can easily use and i like the drawing experience more than in Photoshop. One thing i actually can´t do is rotate the Ruler - cause i would need a gesture for that. Or did i miss something?

I really would love if i could also rotate the ruler by...let´s say holding down the shift or alt key or something like that.
