I just purchased a Surface Pro 9. There is a TON of lag while using the Slim Pen 2, but no lag if i just use my finger. The pen functions with Photoshop perfectly... It only lags in Fresco. I have smoothing turned off, and have tried different brushes. I have also re-installed Fresco twice. Am i missing something?
I've been experiencing this issue for the past few days. I just rolled back to the last version and no issues so far. Pen works fine now.
I managed to track down 4.7 and it is indeed working without lag on a fully updated pro 9 and pen 2.

This isn't a solution, this is still an issue. You can't get 4.7 in the creative cloud app by itself.

Thanks for the automated response, but there was no assistance and the issue isn't resolved at all.

Hello @rabidblackdog.15778952,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind confirming the version of the OS/Fresco installed, your device make/model and a small screen recording of the problem, so we can better assist you?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

This is an ongoing issue since over a year ago, heading into two years. The maitenance and support for the PC version is very poor and its makes me question the future of this program on PC. This lag is not present on Photoshop or other pen based programs. The lag is not replicated on my iPad and from the various threads from other PC users who have different devices, it makes me believe this is a PC wide software issue. When I rolled back from a much older version via support it did not have this lag.
I posted the issue with the video and the specs of my program in this thread.

Hello @Allan28665261xjl7,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While I check this with the team, could you try reinstalling the Pen drivers, disabling Windows Ink under the Pen/Tablet settings and installing an earlier version of Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3Vvnf7v) to see if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
