When is Adobe Fresco coming to Android?

It's been 5 years. How come it's not on android yet? Is it ever coming to Android or are apple paying adobe to not release it on android.

Очень бы хотелось, чтоб приложение Adobe Fresco тю было на Android. Это не справедливо, потому что на ipad есть два приложения
