Why does Fresco not have a start icon in the start menu or desktop of a windows laptop?

This should be a basic feature of this App!!

It would be so much easiter to launch it, if there was a start Icon in the start menu or on the desktop. Currently I have to bring up Creative Cloud Desktop just to be able to launch "Fresco". It would be much more efficent if there was a start menu icon for it.

I just installed it to test and it does create an icon in the start menu which can be pinned to the taskbar.
